**Return Policy**

At Arise Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our furniture. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.

**Returns Not Accepted After 7 Days**

Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date you received the product. We encourage you to inspect your furniture upon delivery and notify us promptly if you discover any issues.

**Return Hours and Location**

Returns cannot be picked-up and must be brought to the warehouse. Returns are accepted during the following hours at our Hawaii Transfer location:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 1:30 pm HST
- Location: 91-041 Malakole St., Kapolei, HI 96707

**Return Conditions**

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The furniture is in its original cartons with the packaging covering wrapped to the best of your ability.
- The product must be in like-new condition.

**Exclusions**

Please note that we will be unable to accept any returns that exhibit the following:
- Presence of pet hair.
- Unpleasant odors.
- Stains or discolorations.
- Rips or damages.

**Initiating a Return**

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@arisedecor.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

**Restocking Fee**

Please note that a restocking fee of $100 will apply to returned items. This fee also covers administrative costs and potential resale issues. Above exclusions still apply. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review our entire return policy.

**Refund Process**

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our furniture is crafted with precision and care to offer you the best possible quality. However, please be advised that subtle variations in color may occur due to factors beyond our control. Factors such as screen settings, lighting conditions, and the inherent nature of natural materials may contribute to differences in color perception. We strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee an exact match between the digital or printed representation and the actual product.
