**1. Where are you located?**

**2. What are the pick-up hours?**
- Pick-up hours are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm HST at 91-041 Malakole St., Kapolei, HI 96707.
**3. Do you allow viewings?**
- Currently, we do not offer viewings ahead of time. For detailed information before purchasing, contact customer service at hello@arisedecor.com or call (808) 342-8330. We can coordinate sending further videos and pictures to assist you.
**4. Free Delivery**
- Enjoy free delivery to the entire island of Oahu, including military bases. Our delivery is curb-side, meaning your package will be dropped off at the front door of your building. Contact customer service at hello@arisedecor.com or (808) 342-8330 PRIOR to purchasing if you need assistance bringing the delivery inside your home.
**5. Can I schedule a day/time for delivery?**
- Yes, you can schedule a week-day delivery for the day of your choosing. Choose between two time windows: 8 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 4 pm.
**6. Will the delivery driver call me when en-route?**
- Yes! Please provide your phone number during checkout, and our delivery driver will call you when en-route.
**7. How is the furniture delivered?**
- Furniture will be delivered in boxes, with each piece securely packed in its own box.
**8. Do you deliver to all Hawaiian islands?**
- Yes, we deliver to all Hawaiian islands except Lanai. Shipping to islands other than Oahu is not free. Contact customer service at hello@arisedecor.com or (808) 342-8330 for shipping rates to other islands.
